Extracting sounds?

is there a way to extract sounds from the kom files? or is that against the rules ?

In Sound Folder, All Kom Files Inside Are .wav Files

Example :
Kom File : Sound_korea0.kom
Inside Items Are Voices And sound Of GC Sprites

When You Extract The Koms In The Sound Folder,

All Sounds Will Be There In .wav File
