When he says temporary what does he mean?; the runes are temporary? or the hack is temporary?

the hack ofcourse.. have u ever seen a timed rune?..

as of now the honor rune books really ******* me off.. i got only 2 HR(weapon 4 ronan).. 1 is enough.. but it had to get it twice?.. it should be 4 other chars..

1 is enuff if u only need it at lvl9. 2 is a blessing for those aiming for higher than lvl9.
