[HELP]Editing playertemplate

Is there a way to put like,Raven walker or other 3rd tier(level three) skills for MP HACK? I want to make ryan's skill when D is pressed to Phoenix assault,
do i just change it to MID_RYAN_PHOENIX_ASSAULT?

EDIT:and i noticed skills have different names
like for Guardian Strike(Cash lass 3rd MP)
is MID_LAS_GUARDIAN_BALL and arme's Fire Storm is MID_ARME_LAVA_FLOW
is there a site that lists or is there a list of them?
