I cant open GC

So I was playing earlier today with miguelz trainer and then I got off. So after that I tried to get back on and I got this after the Patcher

I am not sure how to solve this. Also I have been using his trainer for weeks. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it in another location because I could not completely remove the GC folder from my Laptop.
oh and after I run it and all of that happens I get this in my GC folder

I followed another persons tutorial on how to stay unbanned or something and I hid a few other files and stuff but I just need some help.
