Okay ,, if you watch the video posted in the first page, the first thing it will show is the settings . . the settings u wil see is not the settings you will do for the radical engine but for the ryu engine . .

download the engine in the first page and extract it . . u will have both the ryu and radical engine . . but don't do anythng in the settings of the radical engine . . if you're done in downloading and extracting, u will have a folder. . the name of the ryu engine there is "OpenFist". . watch the video and do all the right settings ONLY to ryu engine provided what was shown in the video . .

for the restart matter I don't know why it occured because it runs in my PC properly . .

if i change the settings of the ryu engine and i click ok my pc restart because of the blue death screen...im also using dual core..
