[Question] Upgrading (reinforce) weapon

Hey guys! I have a small question about reinforce the weapon.
My rin got a weapon with +14 epic. How can i upgrade it to +15 till +17 without deupgrading, resetting or destroying?

I want that one behind my character. <:

in GCPH, they are event only

Use special refine protection up to +15
then Premium protection Scroll up to +17

in GCPH only, i dunno in other regions.

This, it's the same on all region
both are cash (or event).
