There isn't one for Ph.
Well at least not for me,There is only regular download.

use burnbit (search on Google), copy the direct link of GCPH installer and paste it on burnbit, then wait then tadah!! Download the GCPH torrent, Good Luck

Btw as of Aug 1, 2013 you cannot download it cause levelup suddenly got server down try it later or tomorrow.

Still dont work because the download links are ftp and not http
and they still dont connect even with http.
