[Help] Grand Chase modding.

Hi, all.

I just wanted to ask what kinda program can open and edit .kom files?
Like I saw those voice mods on youtube and stuff and they are eddited .kom files but as I want, for example, Lass voice from one and Elesis voice from other I need to edit.kom files my selfe as Lass and Elsword voices are on the same .kom files. [That was example. Idk if they are actualy on the same file]

And I did see one thread and there were told to open with notepad but then i just get random signs/leters and other things. :/

And if anyone is edditing grand chase already or knows how to eddit other things then I would apriciate to work with him/her or just get a lil help on making some stuff for my grand chase and make it a bit more special to me ^^

Btw, If anyone wanted I could post screens and other things when my work is done and put moded files if they liked something ^^
