I Think so because lately I play GC international and when the day came that i got my very own ronan they suddenly blocked our region. **** cowards they woudn't let me become a monster.

**** I knew it i already have the installer for NAGC but the creator was ntreev. I was DLing the installer when I remembered that ntreev was also the maker of International GC.

No but our GM is trying hard to make it comfortable for us but is not. I used to UPgrade my necklace and it ended up DOWNgraded which cause me to lose about 1000000 GP. They've increased the unlucky part of upgrading necklaces.
