here
first you turn off all of you antivirus, Eset, Norton
then open the launcher
and it will download^^

I've seen many thread here reporting about MLE rev 1303 thats not working for them cause they have vista, BTW... is MLE 1303 working for you?

Double click the icon in the right part of your start toolbar
the icon looks like an eye
go to Setup, you will see there, Antivirus and antispyware protection
You will see there 3 Option that looks like these:

Temporarily disable Antivirus and antispyware protection <---- click this and select YES
Configure computer scan...
Advance Antivirus and antispyware protection setup...

It's an "On-demand Scanner" and obviously it's icon doesn't look like an eye to me, It's more like a circle split into two.
