FREEZING @KOG SCREEN

HI everyone i just need some help...
Whenever i load grandchase it freezes when it comes at the KoG screen the screen before the log in screen, i tried everything from reinstalling and removing all my anti virus and turning off my firewall...

did anyone have this problem too? were you able to solve it?
can you tell how?

Do you click on the screen when it pops-up ?

were you able to play KGC before? or its your first time to load the game?

Yeah i used to play GC but when i keep freezing during the game i uninstall it and install it again but the time i install it whenever i reach the KOG screen it just there frozen..(excuse my english)
