is that any method to achieve 0sec cooldown or free skill casting?
or a different method when replacing the file?

its not just the KOM file you've said but its for every KOM file you can see at the GC client.
It can be also done by some memory editing tools.

Let's say GC Hackers Club's intention is just to edit the mob stats. ( Doesn't affect on PvP )
While Brazilian GC Hackers also make character stats. ( Which can be used on PvP )
Bugs like Armor Stacking is also considered on the character.

editing mob now is even more imposible then the skill though...
espacially that i cant read the codes from the monster AI.kom

i really need an sd hack or one hit hack so it won't be pvp abusive and can help me finish dungeon and lvl up my lime. lime is very annoying, elesis 3rd job is much more faster, im really irritated with this character, just played because of the event..

1)find a spell you want to cast (lets say one that cost 5 energy)
2)Make sure you have enough energy to cast the skill twice (If it costed 5 ene. have at least 10 ene.)
3)Begin to cast your spell
4)As the green bar showing how much longer you have to wait for the skill comes up, cast the spell (hit the number) again.
