[KRGC] [PROBLEM] Grand Chase doesn't load!

I have signed up to the game and downloaded & installed it.
Logged through the site, hit Play Game button, then the game opens a small square that's saying that grand chase is loading (in korean) and then... nothing. it just loads for a while and then disappears and nothing happens after.
proccessor manager says grandchase.exe and KukiProc114.exe are running.
I installed the game using ~Blaze's guide :

*my computer is capable of running grand chase
*nothing else (unneccessary) was running on the background.
