i followed the inst. right but the ip add was in germany,
what settings will i change to get the ip address to north america??

Just use Hotspot Shield or ProXPN. They will give american IP and you will be able to acces NAGC.

I already use Hotspot Shield and ProXPN.
but the game always failed when connecting to game server
