For pete's sake, KD is gibberish and Unlocker only works in unlocking GCPH's files in windows 7.

Yeah, Unlocker still works in windows XP and can unlock most files but IT CAN'T UNLOCK GCPH'S FILES FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON EVEN IF YOU HAVE .NET 4.0 AND SERVICE PACK 3 INSTALLED
