HP bug?

So umm yeah, got my Zero to lvl 56 today and he has 850 HP,
Not sure if he is supposed to only have 850 at lvl 56 or if its a bug/glitch?

Matters about your Vitality. That is your hp. And is this in Dungeon or PVP?

I think it's a bug regardless. Level 56 Zero shouldn't have 850 health. Unless he's wearing no gear or something.
