They Said

Attack
Vitality
HP,MP Regen
Critical
Counter Resist
And HellSpear

and how about the MP or HP gain...

Hmmm well first of all, you should go to the Q&A thread here:

And for the stats, my personal opinion is that you get MP gain. You shouldn't worry about your HP because of Amy's high def stat. All you need is MP to spam skills.
