What are the possible ways to get a queen's jewel? please answer me. I can't level up -.- besides gacha, are there any missions?

The only missions there are for Queens Jewels are the lower level missions I believe, if there is missions for them at a really high level, I wouldn't know, Highest level of mine is 51.
