ERROR help... please

I was playing and then I got some error and my client closed, then when I tried opening GC again the patcher isn't appearing and an error occured saying:

Error 0x3
Patch Download Unavailable

can someone help me please? I haven't played for like 3 months straight and I just finished downloading it overnight ..
