problem opening the game

hi guys..

i've been experiencing some problems on opening GC..

sometimes it says failed to connect to server/failed to adjust window size or something like that, there are some that i can't remember..

and sometimes i just get disconnected too..

btw i'm using a lop top and the internet connection is smart broadband i think..

whaddaya think is the problem? thanks in advance

is your connection wireless or cable? if its wireless better get near it

it's cable
