i think your drivers is out dated and if you have realtek fast ethernet or something download the latest of it.

check your internet if it is working well
if you are running windows 7...Right click>run as administrator>yes>wait for the GC
Bypass the grandchase
...or...don't play GC anymore!just kidding that's all I know hope it helps

first thing is Realtek is for sound drive and doesn't have any connection on freeze's.

You were opening grand chase on maintenance.
things to do if you din't open your gc in maintenance.
-Download Manual Patch. then bypass
-Check your internet connection.
-Get a new isp. / pay in your isp branches.
-Go To run - > dxdiag then check the system requirements for grandchase
and compare.
