I think ATTRIBUTE STATS are DEPEND on the USER not on the JOBS
EX:
A SKILL SPAMMER User should Pick MP REGEN. SKILL ATTACK, no matter what JOBS / Char he/she is using.

How about, their attack plan is... skill spam...or jump+attack.. hahah!
