go to Start->Run->type "gpedit.msc" ->Click administritve templates->Click Network
then click -> Qos Packet scheduler then click "Limit Reservable Bandwidth"
change it to 0% click apply then ok. its more faster :3.
there's another thing to.
Open Notepad and paste this "mystring=(80000000)"
save as vbe. example is "ram.vbe"..
secondly which makes your Grand Chase lag is. your PC.
you need to pick one. beautify your pc or Speed up your PC.
if you want to speed up you need to lessen the graphics of your Pc.

It changes internet speed let me guess by %2.
TCP optimizer are made for Internet speed. but all i can see is a lie.
i tried it 2 times. nothing even happens, even though it came from speedtest.
