how to get rid of client error 1?

cuz when i quest partusay sea 3 star when i get to the 3rd map it always appear and i cant forward

i already did that, when it appear, i close my gc and patch it and it appea again

what manual i downloaded the 2 file already its in my usb,, but i dont know how to install it

i think u will double click the manual patch its like an .exe program but just patch ur gc

extract the files to your gc folder.

yes i already did that. but when i open gc launcher it patches again.. that's why i think i dont know how to install it
