It depends on the item you're buying (specifically wings)

there are wings that can be used by all the characters (e.g. Wing of flaming hero, the weekly attendance wings, and etc)

there are also type of wings that is only exclusive to 1 character (e.g. gatcha wings)

there's a color Coding of wings that is only exclusive to a certain character

as for being the biggest cheapskate in GCPH even scratching a P10 LU card would be a miracle for me! LMAO
