its character use is randomly and the item has a limit...

You can get Blazing Weapons in Ignis Mountain but the weapon has a Time Duration...

And also in Dr. Capsule in the Park with NO Duration/Permanent...

yup masmaganda yan mag hunt ka sa ignis ng blazing pra habang nag huhunt ka makaipon ka ng pera tapos tsambahan mo ung blazing wep sa dr.caps.

in ignis mountain but there are rare weap. at dr capsule including mana weapons

Blazing weapons arent actually random. -__- i got BLAZING dagger while using Lass. IT SUCKS. 15 days un ppl! WTF? just take ur chances on the FAT capsule guy in the park. perma pa!
