I believe that the highest you can attain is, like vandeasel said, 99. But perhaps no one even the GM's cannot attain that. That depends on the rune. if it's an old (brave,holy,honor) you can only reach 9 while if it is not old then you can upgrade it w/o any grade limit

when its +9, +10 above the rune will broke when fail?

To Find Out What It Is,

You Will Need
1. Grand Chase [Obvious]
2. UCE [Undetected Cheat Engine]
3. Bypass [If UCE Is Detected]

Do The rune WEAPON Hack [Level 99]
Check The Damage Value [Ex: 2350]
Then Divide It With 99 [Level]
Then That Will Be The Maximum Level

my holy rune on armor is +10 after that i didnt dare try to upgrade it any further, but it says you can upgrade further.
