Based in my Experience u got 75% to 100% chance to get partusay ruby when u CLEAR ALL THE STAGE i hope it help to u sory for my bad english...

you dont have to clear the stages, the pattern is to finish par2say in 7:00 flat = 100% ruby
less than 7 mins = 50%, be sure to always be the first one in entering the portals, kill the 7 keys, you must kill the only monster diff from others like: 1 ghost per round thats the key... if all the monsters are the same kill the one near the portal... be the first one to hit the head of par2say dont attack anything exept the head (where the ruby is), some says that you need to kill partusay wthout using skills, in my observation you must last hit partusay using only your 1st skill, I tried it many times no fail.... if you still cant do it try the other pattern...

lol. like i said, it's pure luck, this is just based on some random number generator. if you were the programmer of this game, imagine the number of statements you would have to do if you want that outcome to happen.
