Necklace upgrading
After much testing (and much lagging) I find no conclusive evidence of any pattern whatsoever... So read/do at your own risk...
BTW PiReights is right... di ko na-take into account ung success rate... oh well...

Napansin nyo po ba na parang may interval ang neckie upgrading? Kse ung mga naunang threads sabi Esc nyo 2x pag +6 na, 4x pag +7 and so on, pero nung inobserbahan ko parang kaya natin i-predict ung success nya kahit papaano.
Na-observe ko lang po ito, try nyo if it works for you:
Pag nag-upgrade kayo ng neckie, bilangin nyo ilan beses mg-fail bago mg-success.
Pag ng-attempt ulet kayo, press nyo Esc key (kung ilang beses nag-fail ganun karaming Esc din) tas upgrade nyo.
Pag nag-fail, repeat ung naunang procedure kse nag-iiba po ung interval di fixed.
Sana gumana, obserbahan ko parin po ito if totoo or nagkataon lang. Tuloy lang po natin pag-share. ^_^

why not visit the nearest netopia near you?

Ritual? More of EXPERIMENT!
Notice ko lang ito sa dami ng nabasag ko necklace.
I noticed kase pag ngstart sya na fail a number of times bago success, ung next successful upgrade will happen at the same interval.
Ung pag-press ng Esc gnagawa ko lng po to skip those failed attempts.
Tapos mgbabago maybe due to randomization (of course, I dont believe in TRUE randomization... programming yan eh).
Gusto ko lang imply, baka lang naman kaya i-predict based sa unang mga tries.
Try ko nalang ulet, dami naman me babasagin na necklaces e ^^

could you possibly tell us
what is the relation of escape buttons or, in this case, pressing it
to gem-upgrading items?

guys chill out...
he's just giving his opinion and idea...
if you think it's not working then it's not...
i personally do not say it won't work neither it will work...
thus ritual has something to do with the right timing for a successful upgrade...
i quite know programming since im an IT student...
and i know for a fact that upgrading a necklace isn't based on ritual...
the chances are based on a random finite numbers plus the based success rate to determine if it is a success or failure.
thus the ritual you were making just happened to coincide with right timing and the right number of success rate making you believe and making it appears that the ritual really works
that's the only further educated explanation i could give for that.
and as for my final speech...
i now call for thread closure...

Besides after much GP consumed plus too much lag my observations were inconclusive... BTW PiReights is right, di lang pattern pati success rate should be taken into consideration... oh well...
Maybe I'll have better luck with item drops ^^
