Thanks kuya tangkaron, meron pa sana akong gustong sabihin eh, sana basahin nyo.
It's a free world, but in a free world the truth comes with a price. Before I start, I would like to credit dartanian for the inspiration he brought my heart. Please note that I do not intend to bore anyone with such a long post, I only intend to discuss the behavour we witness everyday in these forums.
Hunger is a global crisis, even in the Philippines we feel it's wrath, it takes the lives of our countrymen; the poor, ethnic populace, the illiterate, and the weak, by weak, and the handicapped. Hunger is also what drove the man of the ancient world to seek enlightenment.
These ancient people, they survived by taking what they need, there is no order, only chaos. They act from the onset of instinct, conscience?, there is none! it is unknown, The absolute goal is survival, evident in such a time; the survival of the fittest.
This did not forever last, some grew tired of slaughter, some of the hunt, they discarded their instinctive actions. They sought security, which they achieved through civilization. Men left the life of a hunter, he settled with other families, these families multiplied and made Kingdoms. Men desired knowledge, knowledge drove man's desire for slaughter, once again, there was chaos, but this time, the goal was no longer just for survival, there was also a desire for power. But the absolute law of nature remained unchanged, only the strong survives.
With time we learned that knowledge brought forth power; ancient civilizations engaged themselves in a race for technological advancement, some manifested by gears of war, and others strove for the benefit of the populace. For this we came to the realization that with knowledge, there lies power.
People with information will not just give away information to you because you need it, they have emotions, emotions dictate their actions, anger them and you will be rewarded with wrath, befriend them, and you will earn their trust. Even so, there is still an unanswerable question, something no one has the capability to answer with accuracy, can you be trusted?, as even old friendship cannot guarantee such trustworthiness. With that comes the need for standards, since trust cannot be earned right away by just simply being friendly. I will no longer reiterate the situation where trust is betrayed, but I will say that it was broken.
Obligation to you is an illusion, there is none!, if they do not give in to your desires, they are not held responsibe, we live in a free world created by enslaved men, we forgot the meaning and importance of freedom, it's essence, the responsibilities we carry alongside the previleges. The freedom envisioned by men, which who dreamt of flight when their wings was clipped, it is different from the freedom we practice.
The abuse of the hack is no longer of greater importance here, it is the abuse of our freedom, our forefathers dreamt of a freedom that is with dignity! We say what we want to say, but our ears hear nothing; We do what we desire, yet we disregard the farewell of others. Some of us have been deprived, the awareness of this fact.
But still, I hope, I hope that the sacrifice of the slaves awaken us to the true path of freedom.
Thank you.
