PC hack engine rev 1316

i just downloaded this version of CE but i dont know for sure if it's the latest as of now. 8pm may 16, 2009.
everytime i do the routine of using CE the program would shut down.

first open your moonlight engine then close, open the pchack engine

already search a lot of forums and i think it's the latest CE problem is i cant get it to work
