that happens to me too...
i think it automatically fix...
try to use shutdown then reboot.
or if it does not work, try deleting main.exe and repatch again.
hey, i also had this problem. exactly like this, try to go to the destination of your Grand chase, then delete the main.exe and the gameguard folder. Reboot your pc/laptop or whatever your using, then patch it. it will download a new version of the Gameguard and Main.exe

Ohhh so this is what I do when that happens
1. Close Steam because sometimes it is detected as a 3rd party program
2. Maybe some of the loading parts are missng or edited maybe u should open client with Arme pic on it not Elesis
3. Check if u have YM or Ip changing programs open close them it is detected also as a third party programs while ip changer programs will cause region block I suppose
4. How about checking of the Internet is on or off sometimes it disconnects itself because it cant receive a signal
