So a guy yesterday came and posted a link to get GCPH i have it now but it wont patch?

Too bad for you 'cause I think IP proxies for GCPH doesn't work at the moment. So even if you change your IP to something like it came from the Phils, the patch client won't really patch... You must really be from the phils in that case.

But you could try this one and see if it works:
Go to control panel->Regional and Language Options then change your current location/country to Philippines, also change your Time settings to GMT+8hrs(Beijing)
Then get an IP changer and change your IP to a PH IP.

I tried doing that when I was registering my vocaloid synth, the only thing is, I changed my regional and time settings to that of japan's and changed my IP temporarily. It worked.

Okay where do i get an IP Changer thingy ur talking about i did the time + the country but still nothing
if you can give me advice to manually patch it or something i'd be ever so greatfull
