We are aware of how to add the Hell Spear property, and this is a tip for those who want to know of the optimum properties your armor can get.
Tip: Prioritize items that all characters can use. But if you have high budget then don't mind this advice
First of all, there are 2 types of armors/accessories, the Dungeon, and the PVP type. I will list the corresponding items and their properties by their priority
Legend:
HS=Hell Spear
A= Attack
D= Defense
V= Vitality
HR= HP Recovery
MR= MP Recovery
Crt= Crit Rate
SA= Skill Attack
SD= Skill Defense
Note: There are other properties aside from these but I consider them useless

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
PVP Armor Set
Q: Why prioritize MR over HR?
A: MR provides you with more MP to delay skills and avoid certain attacks by having MP to cast a skill for temporary invulnerability, furthermore, it gives you more MP to counter certain attacks
Q: Why is Vit the priority stat?
A: The new PVP system implemented the HP fix, so the more Vit=More HP=More survivability
Q: Why Defense is prioritized over attack?
A: To help you reduce damage from attacks, and Defense is higher over attack in items (Lvl 60 Gacha Item gives only 99 Attack but it gives a Defense of 165)
Dungeon Armor Set:
Q: Why are Stats (Atk, Def, Vit) prioritized over HR, MR, SA, SD?
A: These properties (HR, MR, SA, SD) are only useful in PVP (exept HR) but I would go for the Stats( Atk, Def, Vit) since these are mainly needed in dungeons.
Note:
*This guide is based on MY discretion, many people have different choices it’s your call and I cannot order you to follow this guide since it is your own money you’re using.
*This can be followed for non-hellspear build, just remove the hellspear stat in each armor property
*I will entertain other question in this thread
*I will be able to answer your queries a bit late since I'm a bit busy
