You can also try Firehammer ring that can be obtained in Ignis Mountain not bad for 10.5 regen or 3.18crit cuz its easier to obtain because mobs also drop this...

Hehe. Of course it isn't. In fact, almost every item now, except the anklets and neckies have additional attributes once you get their rare or epic counterparts.
SO RINGS ARE NOT USELESS BECAUSE RING ACCESSORIES ARE ALWAYS OBTAINED IN THE RARE ITEM GRADE, THEREFORE, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE EXTRA ATTRIBUTES TO THE RING NO MATTER WHAT
