Ok, I Experienced This Too
It's Just The GMs Detecting The Hacks/Cheats And It Affects Non Hack Users Too
GMs Clumsiness.....
It's Gonna Be Fixed In about Some Days/Weeks

hmm try to use other accounts bec sometimes my main account can't access server when i try my dummy it can't access after that try to connect agian ur main account

Check the UTP cable
Check the Internet connection
Check your grand chase "grandchase.exe" and "main.exe"
Check the whole installation.
Check if you have any 3rd party programs that affect the game like CE, Mineskeys, ML, or old hacks
If it still doesn't work, go to the nearest com cafe with the latest GCPH and copy everything with your flashdrive to your rig.
Reboot your computer.
If all else fails, that means you've been plunk'd by a rootkit or backdoor. you need more technical assistance to remove that.
