i've install win xp 64bit.. then install my GC ... when i click the start button... i received message about gameguard.des file being missing... but when i look at my folder it is still there... pls help.. anyone.. thnx

OK if u play on laptop thats ok but if u dont well I DONT think i can HELP U BUT

Laptop: Its normal it happens to me on the 1st try u will have to repeat it again and again
Computer : I dunno ask MAYBE SOME ONE HAS THE ANSWER

i think u nid to repatch your GC or Download the manual patch.

just restart your PC and install your grandchase again it will solve your problem it happens sometimes.

i already tried reinstalling my gc couple of times.. but it didn't work... can someone help me plss..

disable your antivirus because some antivirus like avira sees gameguard.des as a virus which is false positive.. so disable your antivir first then try to patch and start your GC.. hope this helps.. ^_^

i dont have any anti virus installed yet.. cause i just reformat my pc.. but it didn't work.. help pls

Try to install a anti virus . maybe its the one of the problem .
