you cant.
the reason is that the virus is false. and is a part of the hacking program.
just turn off your avira and other apps. besides GC.NO TORRENTS AND DLs while avira is off.

Did you even read the instruction on the trainer?
Try to read it there.
And the arme one, the ele one is the main.exe WHICH YOUR NOT SUPPOSE TO RENAME
Only the patcher/launcher/arme one

Its false positive, so its safe
Just disable avira while using, but remember, dont download anything while its off
