Yeh i hope so too i got my wind neck to +9 on with no fail cuz of it

And i will be sure to try at dawn on gardosen.

yes it can help..

but the best time to upgrade ur necklace, guard anklets and even runes is during the RAINBOW event.. rainbow in the sky!

u can also try upgrading at a server were u can see less players an in hours with less players too.. (this is 4 ordinary days, no rainbow)

hate to break it to ya dawg, but the rainbow event only cuts your gem cost in half if u successfully upgrade your necklace....nothing more nothing less

yeah your right... that rainbow thingy doesn't really increases the chance in making your necklace become +9... it just make your necklace be more easy to upgrade into +7 and +8 ...

(oooohhhh my +8 wind necklace is broken !!! ohh noo!!!)

I upgraded my Wind neck for Ronan without those things, I did was thinking it would +9, then it went straight to +9! Hope, Luck, courage is needed here.

Well for me it Was Like This. . .

If you plus a wind necklace it will gonna break 3 to 6 times
before it will reach plus 9. . .

that's my observation

well its rainbow event here in the philippines your gonna have a much bigger chance of having a +9 wind necky if you upgrade it this rainbow event I've already gotten all my characters except amy a +9 wind necklace and anklet because of the event, but I'm not saying its easy I went through like 10 wind necky and anklets and like 800 gems with some characters but with some it only took one try

so if your wanting a +9 wind necklace better do it now during rainbow event,
this works for me, maybe it will work for you too
