Item Hack = Items that you press "N" in the same game as Jump, Hp, Mp, Invisibility, etc.

In some places it does not work 100% since the animation remains, I recommend using 1HIT in some scenarios, there are really few exceptions.

VAC Monster = Problem (disabled now)
Respawn Items = fix.
