Ah this happened to me too.
I fixed it by running ceregreset.exe and emptyproc3ss.exe. Don't forget to check the "Also scan read-only" since it's unchecked by default

First Scan Hyper Armor
If you Get The Address Hyper Armor, Double Klik Address Hyper Armor And Copy (Ctrl+C)
And Now The Another Hack
Cooldown Hack = Address Hyper Armor+176B [ Ex Adress Hyper Is 0804FBFD , So in Add Address Manually you Fill 0804FBFD+176B And Enter ] You understand ? So Simple huh ??

Cooldown Hack : +176B
Not Use MP/AP : +1765
Crit 184 : -92231
Crit 0 : -2F9
Damage 207 : -96761
Damage 0 : -241
Defense 208 : -94A71
