[Info] Necklace Statistic Percentages

I'm doing this for 3 reasons.
i'm sick and tired of all the necklace threads that are all pointless superstitions
I'm annoyed about how much it floods the forum and keeps addind the exact same thread 3 or 4 times on every page
I'd rather have everybody get the RIGHT information instead of the assumed ones
First up These are the values for the wind necklace
For those who don't understand, Failure has 3 parts to it, further explained to the right of it. Success+Failure=100% double check the values if you wish
At lvl 5, lvl 6, and lvl 7 your hits get a small wind spark
At lvl 8 your hits get a medium spark
At lvl 9 your hits get a medium/large spark with a circle around you when you cast mp skills
Notes:
It doesn't matter what you do. whether you drag your mouse around, or pvp before you scroll, no matter what, it's all up to pure luck from the servers.
Cash Necklaces are just cash necklaces. They're stronger; they're more colorful. That's ALL. Nothing else. So the other thread claiming that necklaces and character relations DO NOT EXIST.
The best thing you can do is just buy 2 of them, buy a ton of gems, and just place your mouse so you can continue to click and press enter. Do this and watch t.v.. When you look back, you'll either have 1 lvl 9 wind necklace or have 2 broken necklaces.
For people scrolling cash necklaces, I haven't found the statistics for those yet, but the success rate and failure rate is still the same.
