@4jax... i had the same error...
and its because of the checksum... the checksum of your file must match the checksum inside crc.xml
here is the un-edited original "GC PH" script.kom << start editing this one....

I'm not sure 'bout GC Brazil but the files required to be edited for the '1-hit hack' script in GCPH is not located in script.kom. In other words, the file contents for the script.kom of GCPH may be different to that of GC Brazil.

ok, after analyzing 4jax's modded script.kom file, here's the good news...
4jax's method works. based on his mod, he set the monsters' hp to 1 so even a weaponless chap can kill them in one blow.
how will I make it work in gcph?
use byte/text padding and crc32 "spoofing" so your script.kom won't get rejected by the GC client
