Christ i think u can edit it by the use of 010 editor .. look for the thread of chiharu which entitled " TOOLS BLAH BLAH " i forgot it .. hope i helped ^^

may i ask something ? how will u know if the file u edited is working ? should we look it up through grand chase client ? i mean should i copy that file and paste it to the respective folder and then look on it if it is working ?
