I tried and tested the values from 20000 going down to 16481 using my dummies. And i get detected.
guys this is my suggestion, if your using a lvl 30+ char, try this dmg upgrade hack + tempo rune hack + tempo level hack, even if your only 30+ when using a good weapon, you can actually have a 1 hit dmg, try it, you wont lose any, but for me, it works a lot, try finding the post of chiharu, hehehe

i think it would work because of the plus damage the level hack would do. pati ung mga runes, ngaadd din ng stats.
