play it the way you play bato bato pik in real life.
it's basically like forecasting (predicting?) which comes next.
and most of the time based on both of your picks
for example:
u vs gaikoz: paper vs rock
and so the next cycle starts with the ai using your last pick as basis
so he would think paper. scissors. rock. PAPER. and so you use scissors.
simply put: rock paper scissors. though at times the other way around.
there are times that there are duplicates. (paper paper etc)
oh and about rematches. during the first week of JnP's 2013 release...
it seems that one rematch adds to the sequence.
using the example above he goes..
paper. scissors. rock. paper. SCISSORS.
well... all went well using that during the first week of JnP.
during this week the duplicates occur more... and the rematches seems to be not affecting the sequence that much.. oh and the reverse pattern seems to happen more.
i dunno but those were my observations.
