this is not a bug it's a GC event on Grandchase Philippines only. i think.

Edit: Lol even if you dont have a weapon change key ,it will refill your mana ,you just need a couple .......
it's just an event nothing special lol.....you just need couple to do this........

and the only explaination i can think about it is:
they programmed the Full MP not once you enter the dungeon but once per weapon used(obviously not so many people tend to use weapon change) so thats why weapon change work.

If you have a mana BS and you need mana and cant sit, dont have pots... you can try to hit your own guard and bam! your mana refills. If you dont have guard you can try to hit one of your guildies in team mode it works also.
I think it can work also with healing BS.
Just funny and some times useful.
