Platinum Hide IP ONLY Works for browsers not for executable files..
I had to use Hot Spot Shield for getting new IP, so that I could play NAGC

What exactly does this do? I'm trying to play PSOBB on a JP server called "Izakaya" and I have learned that they banned all US IP addresses because of some problems with some people..will this tool allow me to somehow change GC IP? if so, how exactly do I go about doing this? Sorry, I am new to this GC modding scene.

He's right you know (above comment)...Tried numerous apps for Ip changing..But Its been hard to use them when paired with the hacks made for NAGC...It doubles the LAG time...and makes me disconnect or the IP changer gets whacked... (-_-)"

I already tried and tested this.
As Nanashi said, It only works on internet browsers.

Only VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) can do that.
I'm using Hotspot Shield (A VPN) so I can have free internet. XD

I have another country that can play NAGC but too bad I lost my NAGC client.
