^ Romaji is the application of the Latin alphabet to write the Japanese language. Meaning its in english right? (correct me if i'm wrong).

Its not easy creating or updating programs to hack another program, its not just a simple click and then puff there it is ^_^. Besides, he created it, its up to him on how he wants to distribute what he made ^_^ If he doesn't want to give it for free (which technically it is) then he has every right to do so. ^_^ Were just making use of these good peoples programs for our own benefit. so please refrain from complaining
