after downloading average you will have to answer all 5 questions correctly to get code that will be needed to open the questions in difficult round..

then

after downloading difficult round.. the program will ask you the code that you will get from the average round then you will have to answer all 5 questions correctly to get code that will be needed to open the questions in insane round..

then

insane:
1. program will ask for code(obtained after finishing diff)
2. still same mechanics except that its a lot harder and the User Interface is different from the earlier rounds
3. 1st part of insane consists 5 questions..
4. then another code for part 2..
